Aw man, there's goes my cover. Most people thought I was shooting for a local paper or mag. I'm not sure if I'm comfortable being popular or noticed. I need to retain my aloofness.

Hi,
When I came to US 4years ago, I was so surprised because there are so many Sushi restaurant. I didn't expect that Sushi is so popular in this country. But I found that there are two types of Sushi restaurant. One is for people who like real Japanese style Sushi, the other is Americanized one. I like both. Americanized one is reasonable price and nice to eat rolls because they have original rolls which we cannot see them in Japan.

Actually, in Japan, Sushi is a kind of exclusive food. It's common but not a place to go frequently. Let me introduce a funny real story. When I was in Japan, a business partner came to Tokyo to see me from East Coast. He is a Sushi lover and got in a Sushi restaurant in a hotel which he stayed. He ordered seven pieces of fatty Tuna Nigiri(Sushi) without checking the price. He ate only seven pieces of Sushi, and asked a check. He was so surprised at the check. The charge was $700!!

The Sushi restaurant he got in was one of the excellent one in Japan. He should have checked the price list in advance but some exclusive restaurants don't have a menu or a paper to show price list, need to ask the staff in advance(staff tells you). Of cource there are many reasonable Sushi restaurant in Japan but please keep in mind if you have a chance to get in a Sushi restaurant in Japan, don't forget to check the price list.

Yuzu is good sushi restaurant for everyone. Yoichi is nice and funny guy.

btw, thanks for introducing my blog site in your description. See you soon.
