Bouchon recipes
Until June 17, 2005, Epicurious is displaying a handful of recipes from Thomas Keller's Bouchon cookbook. I don't have this book, but was thinking about buying it. Now I know I will as it has recipes for MY FAVORITE SIMPLE ROAST CHICKEN and TROUT WITH HARICOTS VERTS AND ALMONDS (which I had at Bouchon a few months ago and it rocked). It's a great way to see if you really want to invest that $35-$50 in a book you may not even like...
