I attended !!! Saturday was really sunny and nice and pretty. The Berkeley Farmer's Market is a pretty slow paced situation. Many markets people are moving with a purpose, quick and concise. Not so in Berkeley, easy guess eh? We had a booth with a table, large speakers a mic and maybe 20 chairs. We spent about 3.5 hours talking and giving little food prep demonstrations. Well, okay, Owen did most of it all. But we did what we could and I personally learned a lot. Which is what the day was about, learning. Cause most of the shoppers there were buying food, not books. Sunday was in the book store in Lafayette. Still nice weather, but I didn't get sun burned this time. We had a really nice group of people show up, Owen demonstrated how to make a proper pot of tea, being from Michigan and all. And since it was a bookstore, people were more willing to buy a book, or two. Neat eh?
